This video will show you how to perform a teardown of the AQT-275NX softener and filter valves. This is an important process for future maintenance processes such as replacing pistons, seals, spacers, swap motors, microswitches, and CAMs.

Always be sure of what type of piston you have, it can be either HW (Hard Water) or NH (No Hard Water).

The valve used for this video has an NX controller. The same procedures may apply for mechanical valves, except for the wire harness and controller.
